Job Description

The Director of Advancement will develop and implement a comprehensive special and major gifts fundraising program to generate private gift support for the College of Public Health. This position is also responsible for managing a portfolio of prospective donors. A competitive salary package includes opportunity to earn incentive pay as additional income based on exceeding performance metrics. 

The Institutional Advancement office is currently raising funds for the university’s Centennial Campaign, an unprecedented effort to raise substantial new resources for Kent State’s students, faculty and programs. Kent State completed its first major capital campaign in 2003, surpassing a $100-million goal by $22 million.

Job Requirements
